WE ARE NEW INVESTORS JUST PICKING UP OUR FIRST STR ON THE GULF COAST THIS PAST OCTOBER. IVE BEEN APPROACHED BY A NEIGHBOR THAT THEY WANT TO SELL ME THEIR UNIT. BEING THAT WE JUST AQUIRED OUR FIRST, WE HAVE NO CAPITAL TO PURCHASE THIS ONE. I KNOW THAT THERE IS THE RENTAL ARBITRAGE OPTION, BUT WE WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE. WHAT ARE SOME OPTIONS TO AQUIRING THIS OTHER PROPERTY? IF PRIVATE MONEY IS MY ONLY OPTION THAT MAKES SENSE, WHAT ARE SOME TYPICAL TERMS ON WHICH DEALS ARE MADE BETWEEN BUYERS AND PRIVATE MONEY LENDERS? ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED
