STR investing in triangle area

Hi all, 

I've grown up in Raleigh and know the area pretty well. I have started to look more into STR as opposed to LTR in the area. Does anyone have any experience with STRs in Raleigh? I'm always looking for connections in the industry and would love to connect and chat real estate!
