Hey Everyone, I've been a listener for a while, and want to take the next step and start talking with/meeting people on BP. My name is Nick, I am looking to build a portfolio of long-term rental properties. Buy-and-hold and BRRRR are what I want to focus on. I'm hoping to learn from some experienced investors in the Philly area who have experience with those two approaches. I work a full-time job, but am willing to give time on nights or weekends to help out how I can to learn from seasoned pros. Thanks!
