Need a million to make two million
I don't know how to write this post without it sounding a little crazy so I'm not going to try. I have a client that has land under contract with excavation contracts worth 2 million dollars. He needs 1 million to close the deal and then according to the proctor it would take years to excavate all the dirt and minerals (apparently it's really good dirt). Which means it's worth a lot more than the 2 million. Obviously a lot more details needed. What questions would investors have?
