Analyst for Hire in DFW area (and beyond)

Good afternoon all!

My name is Mannaser and I am located in the DFW area. I am interested in working for/partnering with an equally eager investor in state or out. I started out construction so I know how to communicate with subcontractors & how to budget reno. costs. I also have been a project manager during the acquisition of a 16 unit apartment complex as well as many SFRs in the Houston area so I know how to deal with the city permitting & engineering offices. I have experience in every part of the process from feasibility to listing. 

I have Excel experience as I am a financial analyst at Citigroup currently. I am willing to do the grunt work of RE analysis to add to of experience in the business and to begin my journey of RE investing. . Please feel free to contact me if interested!
