Need help with future plans

Hi everyone!

  I am a student that attends a small college in West Tennessee pursuing a finance degree with plans on becoming a certified general appraiser.  With this being said, I have been spending more time learning about investing in single family homes and have considered working towards a real state license.  I am pretty undecided on what move i should make and was hoping to receive some advice from any and everyone.  Thanks!
