Hello,

I'm a newbie. Trying to get some advice to start being a real estate investor. I want to buy homes and rent them out in the Baltimore, MD area. I been looking into NON QM & Portfolio Lenders. Any advice on lenders that will like you use your LLC. Is there anyway to get a loan without having 20% down payment when the properties I'm trying to buy is under $175k.
