Owner Finance- Advise with owner finance/other ways to invest……..

Hi All,

I have recently invested and have a total of 5 units. I am at the point where I want to continue to buy more property but I don’t feel comfortable taking anymore from my personal reserves so I am looking at alternative ways. I also don’t feel great about bringing in an investor. With that said I have thought about owner finance. Has anyone experienced an owner finance deal with minimal money down? Or is there any other options or advise that you could give me. Thanks
