Help, I'm stuck! How do I continue to grow my portfolio?
Hello all! I currently have two single family rentals and a duplex. All of these units have steady rental history, positive cashflow, and are on 30 year notes. I'm very pleased with all of these rentals and have no plans of selling or 1031 exchanging them. I own my personal residence and do not really want to use a HELOC or tie anything to my 'forever home'. How do I continue to purchase additional rental properties? Do I just need to continue to save up a 20-25% down payment each time I want to purchase another property? Thanks!

Refi til u you die! I’ve bought 8 rentals from cash out refis. And bought one with a 401k loan. Do whatever it takes to scale up.
