Commercial development in Texas

Hello, new to bigger pockets. I have recently gone under contract for some commercial property (and have another project probably going under contract Monday for 7 acres on the highway) in Abilene Texas. I do have a few ideas on what to do with the property. But id like to get some input on higher return, new development ideas and find potential investors in the area and surrounding areas.
