New Investor - West Michigan

Good day, all! I'm a new investor who recently moved to Saugatuck, Michigan after 3 years of living overseas in Germany. I moved back to the states to better position myself to make my first rental property purchase in the Grand Rapids/West Michigan markets. I'm looking to network with local investors, agents, brokers, property managers, contractors, etc. in the Grand Rapids area and will branch outward from there when the time is right. As it stands now, I have the necessary capital to put down on my first modest rental, which I intend to be a house hack. The purchase will hopefully be made in the next 3 to 6 months. I'll be looking for either a duplex or reasonably sized 3 bed/2 bath. Any advice or connection recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time. I look forward to communicating with anyone who has the time or interest to do so.
