Silent buyer after Purchase Agreement signed

Hey everyone, I am selling a home down in Indianapolis, and have signed a purchase agreement with another investor 2 weeks ago. We are supposed to close by next Monday, Feb. 21st.

Almost immediately after the purchase agreement was signed, this investor stopped responding to phone call, text, and email, even though before we signed he would reply often within minutes to any message. Has anyone ever been in this situation? What did you do? I HAVE to be out of this house by the end of next month for personal reasons. The tenant has been good and pays 1200 a month and utilities.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

@Michael Dumler Yeah, you’re playing with a wholesaler...  If EM wasn’t submitted as per contract, simply send a notice terminating the contract, to be totally square, then forget them.
