What's the ideal team to build for out of state rentals ?
I was just curious the pros and cons to having a team vs by yourself.

for out of state rentals i would say you would definitely need a team as inherently you will not be there to do any of the work. Top 2 are property manager and real estate agent. Beyond that comes down to what strategy you are using. BRRR you will need a good affordable contractor (possibly the hardest piece to find), if you are trying to self-manage from a distance will need trade connections and a good handyman (also very hard to find). None of these people need to be your employees but will want to build close enough relationships that you are a priority to them.
