Clarification with Landlord Insurance...

Jack Obert
Posted

General question, I am in the process of running some numbers on a 10 unit portfolio and as a beginner, I was wondering if one landlord insurance policy covers all of these properties combined or is it a different policy for each property? Aka, if I got an average quote of lets say $1400, is it $1400 per unit, $1400 per property OR $1400 to cover all 10 units (7 properties)? I have been searching for hours to find this answer, but cant find it. Also, if you have any general advice on this topic, I will take all I can get!
