Hi all,

Just wondering how your rental income impacted your tax situation. One of my wife’s primary worries is how our taxes will change.

Also, did any of you start off with an LLC or wait until you build a portfolio with multiple properties? Unsure how al that works and if I am investing out of state… will I need an LLC in each state I am invested in.

Thank you all.
