Offer and Earnest Money Advice
Hi BP members,
I was encouraged to start providing offers on properties I've underwritten and was wondering what people have typically included in their offer packages to be competitive in this market environment. Are brokers looking for earnest money in hand at the time an offer is conveyed or after the offer is accepted and it moves to executing a PSA?
