Newbie looking for real estate meet up or to network in any way.

Hi my name is Jay Fisher and I am a 19 year old from the Framingham area in MA.  I have been researching real estate investing in my general area.  I do not have a large amount of capital but my father is willing to co-sign with me and help with down payments.  I am looking to network in my area and ideally looking for a meet up I could participate in.  Any help is greatly appreiciated and I look foward to talking with anyone who is willing to talk investing.
