Occupancy Rates for STR's in Poconos

I am starting to look into STR's in the Poconos (specifically Lake Harmony, Pocono Pines, Long Pond, Jim Thorpe, and Tobyhanna).

I am curious what type of occupancy rates other STR investors in the Poconos are realizing?

Also, do you prefer certain communities over others?
