Need Contractor Tampa/St. Pete for updating Fix/ Flip

Hi all! 

I am looking for investor friendly GCs in Tampa, FL. I called so many GCs and able to get any good reliable ones to come give me a quote. 

The GCs need to have enough liquidity to start the work. Let me know if anyone has a good list of GCs they can recommend.
