I’m looking for guidance

Can someone help me make six figures in a year? I’ve done rentals as well as fix and flips but I seem to always hit a rut.

Nothing just happens. There are a million different ways to make six figures, and they all work. Agent, flipper, wholesaling, creative deals, multifamily...you can make six figures as an employee too.

Your request needs to be answered with other questions.

What are you good at?

What can you invest in your venture?

What education do you have?

How good is your network?

How disciplined are you?

How many books are you reading a year?
