Looking for leads in building a power team

So I'm looking to cut my search time in enlisting people to work with for rehabs and closing wholesale deals. For those who invest in the San Francisco Bay Area:

Any recommendations for investor friendly

Title companies

Mortgage brokers

Contractors?

And if you do not live/invest out here, any tips as to what kinds of questions to ask to be sure they are right for my focus? Any help is appreciated
