What's your ONE Thing for the first week of 2022 as an investor?

If you've read The ONE Thing by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan, its main question for you is "What's the ONE Thing you can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?" We use this every week, sometimes in different versions, on my on-market team, but it is perfect to apply to your real estate investing business, especially in the first week of 2022.

So, what's your ONE Thing for the first week of 2022 as a real estate investor? Just ONE thing that will make everything else easier and begin to set the table for you to reach your REI goals this year.

Mine is defining and detailing my 2022 investing niche. I am taking a break from flipping this year (I hope) and fairly uninterested in being a landlord (I am liquidating most of my hold properties right now) so I have been looking into real estate adjacent franchising opportunities. I have it narrowed to a first group of 4 right now.
