Is AirBnB worth it in Isabela, Puerto Rico?

I am looking to get a fourplex in Isabela, PR. I am thinking on either renting it out or setting it up for AirBnB. Would love if someone could give me some info on the market (avg rent, vacancy rate, etc.). My biggest question is how much would rent be per unit vs how much would airbnb bring in per month?
