USDA loans for low income families

Is anyone familiar with the USDA loans and where I would find a specific lender for that is specific to working with these types of loans. Being that I am a single parent and only work part time I think I would qualify but I am not sure what braver because they have extremely below, low income, moderate, and 38 year term so I am trying to figure out where I would be on the scale.
