Rental apartments Houston

Hi I live in Houston TX and keep finding apartments on Zillow around $40-50K with tenant already paying $1100 rent.

Is it smart to buy one of them as a first rental property investment? I'm not looking to make big income neither want to spend a lot. I want it pay the loan, hoa and fixing expenses and keep the rest. I believe that way I can raise my credit score and buy another one. Any advise or assistance will be appreciated.
