Multifamily Bootcamps / Course or Mentor

Looking for recommendations on some educational bootcamps / trainings and or mentors that can help me get started in Multifamily investing. I understand the basics and can be self motivated however I feel like I am stuck and need an accountability partner or group to help me keep focus and form a plan to follow. Im at the point where I have the funds and am eager to get into a deal and I know that's where I will learn the most, but I definitely feel like I need some sort of guidance to start. 

If you have any recommendation I would greatly appreciate it!
