Waterproofing a flip
I am ready to list a flip that is an old farmhouse with a stone foundation. There is a water problem where I have puddles almost continually in the basement. I am torn between pointing the rocks with hydraulic cement and dry locking versus having an interior waterproofing system installed. Any suggestions?

@Preston Gealy I am a waterproofing contractor in the Cleveland, Ohio area and I will tell you to do it from the exterior. The additional $$ is worth it and let's be honest would any of us want to buy a property with a bandaid repair? Do the right thing and waterproof from the exterior and it will benefit you in the long run always.
