Seeking General Contractor for home rehab

I currently have 2 homes that have been demo'd inside and are ready for framing and rehab. Seeking a GC that can pull permits and complete the rehab. I have been having a hard time finding someone. Looking for a 2-4 person crew that I can keep busy on these homes for the next few months. Appreciate any help you can offer.
