Free In-fill Lot. Build? Sell? or something better?
So my most recent purchase was a SFD on a double lot which I can separate titles on. Now I'm left wondering what I should do with it? Sell it take the money and run. Build on it but at the moment I don't have funds to. Or maybe find a partner to build? I came up with another idea while surfing when I found a number of homes for sale for next to nothing or even some free! These home can be purchased or acquired if the buyer moves them to a new location. Considering the location it would be going (low income area / old homes with small to none existent basements) what do you all think about creating a slab home on my infill lot and either selling or staying with my current strategy of buy and hold? The lot is worth approx $40k and a home could probably be acquired for free or around $10k . Let me know if anyone has ever done anything like this before?
