Rough Estimates for new construction SFR in tampa FL area

I am working on a deal for an empty lot in an area where homes retail anywhere between 525K-799K, high end everything granite etc. Included in the deal are plans that call for the below. Just curious as to what BP thought the total cost and price per sq. ft would cost to build the below. Im sorry if Im lacking info but just got the email before I head out to the rat race again. please let me know if you need more info. Thanks!!!
