Inspections (is there a one man army)

Can a person get an inspection license that allows them to do an inspection of the whole thing? Plumbing? Electric, everything. I want someone to have a license before I hire them if so , creates less risk.

@Devin Moreno yes, as a home inspector in the Orlando area, we are required by the state to have a license and undergo accredited education, not all states require licensing so it may be more difficult to confirm an inspectors qualifications……
