Demolition / New Home Construction
Hello,
I have some experience in general construction (condos, bridges, etc.), but I am in no way confident in new home construction. My long-term plan is to become an owner/builder in which I am my own general contractor in new home construction (where I live its more like demolition and build). I was wondering if there is an excellent book or other reading material related to demolition/new home construction general contracting, so I can become more educated in this area and see if this is something for me.
Thanks,
Ali
