New job to help me get better at appraising rehab cost?

I have experience with solar but mainly septic. I want to find a job that makes me better at appraising a rehab. Since the biggest risk in the BRRR method is appraising a rehab, it makes sense to find a job that does just that. Maybe Home Inspector or something.
