House rehab, need help
I’m buying a property that had caught fire and is now gutted out. Over time the wiring was taken out of the house, I honestly don’t even know about the plumbing yet. Could someone point me in the right direction as far as rehabbing this property.
Thanks in advance.

Is there a more specific question you have? You’ll need to open a building permit, hire a plumber and electrician and they will need to attach permits to your permit. Depending on your city as this varies but you need the permit, then you can frame, plumbing and electrical can rough in, then the inspection for framing, plumbing and electrical. Then you can insulate. Then that gets inspected. Then you can close in the walls and do the finish work. Then final inspections for building, electrical and plumbing
