How to find information on FL real estate

Hey everyone,

I've just moved to FL recently and was wondering if anyone can point me in a direction towards how I can start learning about my new states laws on real estate or buying land. And on top of that if I don't necessarily want to build the most "traditional" home but a "different" home how would i go about city zoning and housing policies i would have to abide by? If anyone could help thatd be great, I appreciate it and I cant wait to hear from yall! Until then, ill be searching!
