8 lots ready for development in Atlanta Ga

Hi I currently have 8 lots in East Point, Ga ready to be developed, but im having trouble finding developers/builders that would want the properties. The lots are all min 20,000 spft and already in a developed neighborhood. Do any of you know the best way to find developers that would want this deal?

Where is it? is it in flood zone? close to major utility line? I'm surprise it wont sale
