Attn Maryland real estate friends, agents & investors: Does anyone have any connections in Baltimore County Zoning? The building is closed to the public & you can’t even leave a message with their office- the answering system just repeats itself over & over again...

Trying to figure out if we can build a large detached garage on a property in Whitemarsh, MD. Environmental checked it out, said it’s a gray area because of this little creek nearby, told us to get zoning involved and we cannot get in touch with anyone from their offices. Help!
