Building Construction Financing

John George
Posted

I own a plot of land and I want to build a rental building. What is the most creative way to finance the construction so I do not spend much of my own money?

Call banks in your area to see if they offer "construction loans". You will need to find an architect and builder to determine what you want to build is up to the zoning code.
