Hi Everyone, 

For rehabs in the City of Birmingham, do you typically pull permits when you are just doing cosmetic work? New tile in bathrooms, new toilets, new tubs, new cabinets, countertops, kitchen flooring. This is my first renovation here, so looking for your advice.
