New Construction In Coos Bay OR

Hello everyone! My name is Isaac and I’m an investor from the southern IL area and I just had a couple of questions. My family is planning to move to Coos Bay OR and I would like to start building some spec houses. I’d like to know if anyone has some insight into how difficult building permits are to get and if there is very much demand for new construction. I already have a GC and access to plans so I’m not concerned about that. We are planning on building 2b1b houses with garages. Any thoughts? Thanks!
