Development Strategy advice

Hello,

My family and I control a parcel of land in Reno, Nevada in a well established area of town (South Virginia and Gentry). It has been in my family for many years and is owned free and clear.  I am hoping to connect with some developers and discuss possible strategies to get the empty lot developed into multifamily units. We are considering selling one asset and purchasing adjacent land/ demolition and development, as well as a couple other ideas. Just looking to bounce some ideas off experienced developers and see what you would do in the same situation. The highlighted area is what we own and is all located in a mixed use zone.

All the best
