Multifamily Construction Cost in Brooklyn Ny

Hi- I was wondering what the average cost of building a multifamily building in a prime Brooklyn neighborhood would be. Some background. We own the house. Its 2,500sqft the land. Depending on the zoning i am not sure whats allowed. I'm curious to know what the cost would be if we are allowed to maybe develop six 1 to 2 bedroom apartments. Not looking for luxury prices since the plan is rental. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
