Modular Quadplex Developments

Hello, 

I am a multi-family real estate developer, currently seeking to learn more about modular apartment builds. Right now, my company is in the preliminary process of developing a modular quadplex. For anyone who has been involved with modular builds, can you please tell me what your experience was like? How did it compare to just building the old fashioned way as far as price etc.? Is there anything you would do differently? Lastly, what were your typical OPEX margins for these types of developments?
