Western North Carolina commercial development

Hello BP,

A friend of mine found a commercially zoned lot in Boone, North Carolina in a desirable proximity to town. We are looking to develop the lot for a mixed use building with either self storage or small office space on the ground floor and studio apartments above. Is anyone in the western NC area familiar with this type of project? I am looking for best advice on financing a project like this with a commercial construction loan.

Thanks in advance,

Zach
