(C-1) commercial transitional zone question

Hello. I just purchased a 6 plex.

The unit is zoned as a (C-1) commercial transitional zone.

I have the top 3 units already rented out as residential space.

The bottom 3 units have a funky layout. It was previously used as one large antique store since inside you can get to all 3 units through inside doors. Or you can close the doors off and use 3 individual units.

Anyway all 3 units have bathrooms (one has full shower) I was wondering if I could light remodel and rent all 3 individually as residential or maybe 2 residential and corner unit as a commercial?

Does this work as a C1- transitional zone?

Thanks for your help.
