Paying Property Manager During Construction
I need to lean on my property manager while getting a duplex ready for tenants.
Upper is 99.9% ready, so will see some income soon.
Lower needs all trades to finish bath and kitchen. I’m counting on PM to find the trades and coordinate in & out.
I don’t expect him to work for free. How do I compensate him for his time until we have steady rent and his 10% fee kicks in.
FYI. This my 3rd duplex he manages. The other 4 doors are all occupied. I’m not sure if that alters the conversation in any way...
TIA.
