I am looking for a reputable GC in the North Dallas area to help me estimate cost of future purchases from wholesalers. I wish to invest in the Dallas area from out of state. Would like to buy, rehab, rent to hold. Looking to invest in the Denton, McKinney, and Frisco area. Any recommendation would be appreciated.
