Assembling Lots- Help
Good morning-
I hope everyone is safe and healthy.
I have a rather unique opportunity for a possible assemblage.
I owned roughly .37 acres of land in the city of Newnan. The property is zoned urban residential, infill. I have been able to find the owner of the vacant lot behind my property and she would be interested in selling but she’s not necessarily motivated.
Also, there’s a small lot directly across from my land that was just listed for sale. The guy over paid when he bought it ( it’s only .10 acres and my offer price would be roughly around what he paid) . Owning the additional land provides broader development options.
Obviously, I wouldn’t look to close until all entitlements are in place, but how would you approach the different sellers to get the properties under contract?
Any and all advice is welcome.
Best,
Canesha
