Urban Infill Project.

Hello,

I was approached today with an offer to do an urban infill project. I have done a couple of flips and some minor investing but nothing this big. This is what I would ultimately like to drive my business towards but this is a big opportunity that I would like to take a look at. The land is secured in a good area of the city that has a need and there are other infill projects ongoing locally. We are thinking we could do 4-5 units on the site. To me this seems like a scaled up version of what I have already done but with greater efficiencies because we can just duplicate 5 units, in theory. So I think it is in my scope but does anyone have any advise for a house flipper turned developer/ urban infill project?
