I thought I'd share the before & after of our most recent kitchen reno; we were really happy with the way these turned out! These are 1/1 duplexes that we purchased as a buy&hold. I unfortunately didn't think to take before pictures until after we started bath demo. We got the cabinets from a former tenant and refinished them with rustoleum cabinet transformations kit in "kona" and my husband built the counters and finished with daich spreadstone.
